Windsong Properties was established in 1990 by husband-and-wife team Phillip and Rida Conradie with the sole aim to provide service excellence at a reasonable fee. They believe in total honesty towards both buyers and sellers, which is the reason for the loyalty, trust and referrals they enjoy from their clients.

Windsong Properties specialise in a scenic valley in the Northern Suburbs which has only one access road, borders the Tygerberg Hills nature reserve in the west and offers country living and beautiful views of the Boland Mountains. It is a 25 minute drive to Cape Town and the Atlantic and False Bay beaches, and only 5 minutes to Tygervalley Centre, Bellville and Durbanville. The area offers numerous good schools, convenience malls, hospitals, medical and sporting facilities and the Boland wine routes.

Having lived in the area since 1987, they know it intimately and absolutely believe in it because of the popularity and unsurpassed growth to which they can attest.
